Welcome to No Disponible

No Disponible stands as a solid option for travelers seeking authentic immersion in Mexico City’s historic heart. Nestled on Av. 5 de Mayo, just two blocks from the Zócalo, this hotel shines primarily through its unbeatable location amid the vibrant Centro Histórico. Guests find themselves steps away from iconic landmarks, bustling plazas, and an eclectic mix of street food and fine dining, offering an authentic taste of the city’s culture and energy.

The hotel’s rooms, while compact, impress with cleanliness and practical amenities. Though modest in size, the spaces are thoughtfully equipped with noise-cancelling windows that provide a quiet retreat from the lively streets outside. Many guests appreciate the attentive and friendly staff, whose professionalism elevates the overall experience. Free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast are valuable perks that add to the comfort and convenience of staying here, despite the lack of air conditioning and the absence of certain facilities like a pool or fitness center.

No Disponible’s atmosphere strikes a balance between simplicity and functionality, making it ideal for visitors keen on exploring the city rather than lingering within hotel confines. The presence of a 24-hour cafeteria with excellent views and a restaurant on-site caters well to varied schedules. Though the hotel is not pet-friendly and the elevator occasionally faces maintenance challenges, these minor drawbacks do not overshadow the warm hospitality and excellent location.

In essence, No Disponible embodies the spirit of Mexico City’s historic core—vibrant, accessible, and full of life. It offers a base from which to delve into the rich tapestry of the Centro Histórico, from the majestic cathedral to lively streets like Francisco Madero. For travelers who prioritize cultural immersion and convenience, this hotel’s blend of charm, safety, and service makes it a commendable choice.

I love the location of Hotel Canada: right between the Zocalo and Alameda Park, with lots in between both ways. And Francisco Madero Ave is just a block away, it being a wonderful pedestrians only street. The location in historic Mexico City is ideal. Lots of police. Very safe and friendly.

The best part is the location, is close to everything. Good noice cancel windows so you don't hear the noise from the outside. Good breakfast and the cafeteria is 24h with a good view. Very safe with friendly staff.

Great customer service, nice rooms. Good ameneties. Free breakfast and delicious. Walking distance to the cathedral and shopping. Also all sorts of different food near by. The only down fall was the elevator was down. So you had to go up 7 flight of stairs to get breakfast.
